This Kanchajunga north base camp trek goes up to Pangpema (5100m), the northen BC, from Ghansa onward there are no valleys and later joins the classical route from Ghansa during the return. Kanchaenjunga (8586m) is Located in the eastern border of Nepal is the third highest peak on earth. Cohabited with other ethnic groups like Sherpa, Brahmin and Chhettri, Rai and Limbus, collectively called Kirant, are the indigenous inhabitants of the region. They have unique culture and customs. Traditional handicraft, carpet weaving, wood turning are widely practiced for their livelihood. Apart from this, it has amazing landscapes, flora and fauna.

Kanchanjunga trekking is the combination of many things such as Kirant culture, stunning glimpse of snow peaks and view of romantic landscape so trekking to Kanchaenjunga is considered one of the best trekking routes in the world. Kanchanjangha trekking is quite long in contrast to other trekking routes but one thing is sure you will never fill weary and exhaust during the trekking because of many attractive things which Kanchanjangha offers.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Orientation about the trip
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing and trek preparation
Day 03: Flight Kathmandu to Suketar and trek to Phurumba 1900 m, 3 hours walk
Day 04: Trek Phurumba to Chirwa 1500 m, 5,5 hours walk
Day 05: Trek Chirwa to Sikathum 1600 m, 5 hours walk
Day 06: Trek Sikathum to Amjilasa 2200 m, 5,5 hours walk
Day 07: Trek Amjilasa to Kyapra 3000 m, 5,5 hours walk
Day 08: Trek Kyapra to Ghunsa 3500 m, 5,5 hours walk
Day 09: Trek Ghunsa to Khambachen 4100 m, 5 hours walk
Day 10: Trek Khambachen to Lhonak 4760 m, 6 hours walk

Day 14: Trek Selele Base Camp to Tseram 3770 m, 6 hours walk
Day 15: Trek Tseram to Ramje 4500 m, 3 hours walk
Day 16: Trek Ramje to Oktang, South Base Camp and Tseram 3785, 7 hours walk
Day 17: Trek Tseram to Omje Khola 2235 m, 7 hours walk
Day 18: Trek Omje Khola to Thartruwa 1920 m, 6 hours walk
Day 19: Trek Thartruwa to Khande Bhanjyang 2160 m, 6 hours walk
Day 20: Trek Khande Bhanjyang to Suketar 2420 m, 6 hours walk
Day 21: Flight to Suketar – Birantnagar and then back to Kathmandu
